The website and waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you'd like to hear from us about early access. It doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, particular features or pricing, and it doesn't create a contract to provide the product. We may change, delay or discontinue any part of what we describe at any time.

Information, not professional advice

BedrockSync is decision-support software. Information on this website is general and for information only. BedrockSync is not a legal survey or a cadastral authority, and it does not replace an architect, engineer, surveyor, quantity surveyor, lawyer or contractor. Figures such as cost ranges or terrain readings are directional. Get advice from licensed professionals before you buy land, design or build.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit someone else's email address without their permission.
• Use bots, scrapers or scripts to submit forms or copy the website.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website.
• Use the website in a way that breaks the law or others' rights.

Intellectual property

The website, its content, the BedrockSync name and logo, and the software behind them belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website for your own personal use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse it without our written permission.

The website may link to or rely on services provided by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
