This policy explains what personal information BedrockSync ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Which form you used (for example, the top or bottom of the page), so we can see what works.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps. Our hosting and form providers record this in the course of delivering the site and receiving your submission.

We don't ask for payment details, and there are no user accounts on this website. We don't currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How we use it

• To email you about early access and closely related product updates.
• To understand interest in BedrockSync and plan our rollout.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We rely on your consent when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and the waitlist, such as hosting and form or email delivery, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Some providers may process data outside Jamaica. Where that happens, we expect them to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you are on the waitlist and for a reasonable period after we launch, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw your consent. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to us directly at legal@bedrocksync.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including Jamaica's Data Protection Act where it applies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and we will notify waitlist members of material changes.
